1. Beteiligung
Hier werden verschiedene Konzepte der Beteiligung vorgestellt werden. Es geht dabei um mögliche Partizipationsmodelle und Vorgehensweisen bei Beteiligungsverfahren, aber auch um Kommunikationsverhalten und die Implementierung demokratischer Strukturen.

2. Strukturen
Möglichkeiten zu Sicherung und Ausbau der räumlichen Infrastruktur für künstlerisches Arbeiten. Dazu werden mögliche Wege der Arbeitsraumförderung besprochen. Auch die Mitgestaltung der Freien Szene an diesem Prozess ist zu diskutieren, ebenso wie die Sinnhaftigkeit eines zentralen Kulturraumbüros im Vergleich zu Beschäftigung von Raumkoordinator*innen der einzelnen Sparten.

3. Neuentwicklung / Neubau von Kunststandorten
Schaffung und Sicherung einer bedarfsgerechten Infrastruktur für bezahlbare künstlerische Produktions- und Präsentationsräume und in diesem Zusammenhang die Vermittlung der Relevanz dieses Vorhabens gegenüber der Berliner Stadtentwicklungs- und Baupolitik.

4. Strategien des Widerstands gegen Verdrängung
Bedrohte Standorte. Verschiedene Lösungsansätze. Erfolgreiche Strategien. Wie kann man Räume langfristig sichern? Hier geht es um Allianzbildung und die Erstellung einer gemeinsamen politischen Agenda.

Input regarding urgent topics
1. Participation
Different concepts of participation will be introduced. Participatory models and procedures will be discussed, as well as communication behavior and the implementation of democratic structures.

2. Structures
Opportunities to protect and extend the infrastructure of urban space for artistic work. Discussion of possible strategies for workspace funding. Furthermore, the active participation of the Independent Art Scene needs to be discussed, as well as the plausibility of a central “Kulturraumbüro” (art space office) – in contrast to the employment of coordinators of space for specific art disciplines.

3. New Development / New Construction of Art Spaces
Generation and protection of an appropriate infrastructure for affordable spaces of art production and presentation, as well as a reflection on the importance of this project in the face of Berlin’s urban development and construction policy.

4. Strategies of Resistance Against Displacement
Threatened locations. Different approaches. Successful strategies. How to protect spaces in the long run? This thematic block will be about alliance building and the creation of a collective political agenda.
